Reiki healing courses

Reiki is a Japanese word which means Universal Life Force, the energy around us and within us. Reiki is a way of activating, directing and applying natural energy for the promotion of health, healing, balance and wholeness. This form of healing is useful for preventing imbalance, assisting the body's natural healing powers and maintaining a state of well being. It can be used most effectively as a self help technique as well as for the release of stress, for relaxation and to restore the vital energy lost in daily life.

Reiki training opens the heart, crown and palm chakras. The Reiki energy acts on the causes of disease and pain. Reiki also reinforces the body's ability to heal itself. It can be used alone or to support and enhance conventional medical treatment

The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master. Its use is not dependent on ones intellectual capacity or spiritual development and, therefore, is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds.

Reiki treatments
A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through you and surrounds you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.

Reiki treatments are available by appointment. Each session takes approximately one hour and a half. Course of 5 (1 hr 30 minutes) sessions (8,000 baht) or single sessions (2,000 baht).

In 2010, the following courses are offered at the House of Dhamma
to enable you to practise Reiki for yourself and for others.

Note: Please allow at least four months between one level and the next.

Reiki Healing One

10.00 - 17.00 on two consecutive days (often Saturday and Sunday)

Suggested energy exchange 8,000 baht per person
