Vipassana Meditation Stage Two Weekends
Vipassana Meditation Stage Two Weekends
|

|
| Who are these weekends for? |
The Vipassana Stage 2 weekends are open to those who wish to deepen their practice of Vipassana and have already done the Introductory course, at least one of the House of Dhamma retreats or practised at another centre following the methods taught by Ven. Mahasri Sayadaw of Burma. Please e-mail houseofdhamma@csloxinfo.com if you are unsure if you are eligible or not. |
| What are the main aims? |
The main aims of the weekend are:
* To give participants a chance to intensify their practice
